YANGON, MYANMAR – We welcomed more than 140 inspiring and talented individuals during two full days of auditions for potential roles in our upcoming feature charity film, Myittar. The casting sessions brought together a diverse group of aspiring performers, each eager to demonstrate their abilities and become part of this meaningful production. Rather than limiting the participants to a rigid performance style, the audition process encouraged them to express themselves naturally, allowing their individual personalities, emotions, and creative instincts to shine through.

Each talent was invited to use their own creativity to tell a story and deliver their strongest acting performance before the casting team. The remarkable variety of interpretations, expressions, and performances made the two-day audition process both exciting and rewarding, while also highlighting the depth of emerging talent within Myanmar’s creative community. With more than 140 participants bringing their passion and unique perspectives to the room, the auditions represented an important milestone in the casting journey and helped identify performers capable of bringing authenticity, emotion, and memorable character portrayals to Myittar.
