Movie Survey Day 4 @ Shae Saung
YANGON, MYANMAR – The nationwide survey questionnaire, “Myanmar Movie – Are They for Me?”, in support of the Movie for Charity initiative was held at Shae Saung, one of the city’s vintage movie theaters located in the heart of Yangon. The historic setting provided a fitting atmosphere for an initiative focused on Myanmar cinema, bringing members of the public together in a place deeply connected to the experience of watching films. Visitors were invited to participate in the survey and share their opinions, interests, and perspectives on Myanmar movies, helping the project connect directly with audiences.
The survey at Shae Saung represented another meaningful step in the broader Movie for Charity initiative, combining public engagement with a shared appreciation for Myanmar’s cinematic heritage. By inviting moviegoers and community members to contribute their thoughts, the team was able to encourage an open conversation about audience preferences and expectations while promoting the charitable purpose behind the project. Holding the questionnaire at such a distinctive cinema venue added a memorable cultural dimension to the campaign and strengthened the connection between Myanmar audiences, local filmmaking, and the spirit of giving back.
