Movie Survey Day 1 @ Dagon Center
YANGON, MYANMAR – The survey questionnaire, “Myanmar Movie – Are They for Me?”, conducted in support of the Movie for Charity initiative, was held at Dagon Center, a popular and vibrant destination for young movie lovers in Yangon. The lively atmosphere of the shopping center provided an engaging setting for the MP team to connect with younger audiences and invite them to share their opinions, interests, and preferences regarding Myanmar cinema. The survey created an opportunity for visitors to participate directly in the project while contributing their perspectives to a broader understanding of what today’s audiences want from local films.
The gathering at Dagon Center formed another important part of the nationwide survey campaign, helping the team reach a diverse and enthusiastic audience in a setting closely connected with Yangon’s younger generation. By encouraging young moviegoers to take part, the initiative supported the project’s goal of understanding audience expectations while exploring the potential of Myanmar cinema and charity-focused filmmaking. The event also reflected the spirit of Movie for Charity, bringing together entertainment, community participation, and a shared interest in using cinema to create a meaningful and positive impact.
